You join at today's price and keep paying it for the plan you buy, even if the price for new users goes up. Only a change in the VAT rate can alter your price.
The founding price applies until we announce the end of the founding wave here. If you buy a plan before that announcement, the end of the wave does not change your price. If you move to another plan, you pay its current price.

Questions about money
How do I cancel?
In your account settings, without writing to anybody. After cancelling you go back to the Discovery plan and keep your chart.
First payment: 30-day no-questions-asked refund
For 30 days after your first payment for a plan, we will refund you, no reason needed. You can ask for the refund in the account menu, in the Plan and payments window, next to that payment. You can get this refund once per account, and a top-up when you change plans does not count as a first payment. For later purchases you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. It applies to individual customers.
Is there a trial period?
Yes. During the trial you use the plan without paying, and before it ends we remind you what comes next. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
What is the founding price?
It is the amount you join at. We record it on your account, and you keep paying it even when the price goes up for new people. The founding price covers the plan you buy. Only a change in the VAT rate can alter it. If you move to a lower plan or take a break from paying, you can return to the plan you bought at this price within three months. After that, the regular price applies.
Why is the yearly plan the default?
Because a year costs less than twelve separate months. The label next to the switch says how much less. You can still pay monthly.
Who writes the letter and the answers?
Artificial intelligence, based on your chart, and every such text is labelled as such. The chart itself is calculated by a program, not by artificial intelligence.
