Before you ask

Questions we would ask ourselves.

Is this a horoscope?

No. A horoscope talks about tomorrow. We calculate one picture from the moment of your birth — it is made once and does not change.

I do not know my hour of birth. Does this make sense?

Most often, yes. We check the whole day and say plainly whether the hour changes anything. Sometimes it changes nothing.

Is this scientific?

The calculations — yes, and you can check them to the minute. The description is a language, not a science, and we say so plainly.

Can I add somebody without an account?

Yes. Such an entry lives with you alone. You can connect if you both want to.

What happens if I leave?

You go back to the Discovery plan and keep your chart. You can also download everything, or delete the account — without writing to anybody.

Why is my price different from my friend's?

It depends on your country and when you join. The founding price stays with you as long as you keep paying for the plan you buy. Only a change in the VAT rate can alter it.

What is the founding price?

It is the amount you join at. We record it on your account, and you keep paying it even when the price goes up for new people. The founding price covers the plan you buy. Only a change in the VAT rate can alter it. If you move to a lower plan or take a break from paying, you can return to the plan you bought at this price within three months. After that, the regular price applies.

Why does the most expensive plan cost what it costs?

Because we compare its price to a single session with a specialist, not to one more app on your phone. A session happens once, while the letter will arrive every week and know your whole history — it does not exist yet, and soon it will. This plan is deliberately for the few and we do not pretend it is for everyone.

So that we understand sooner how we are built.

For a thousand years many cultures asked the same thing. We gather those attempts in one place — not in order to be right.
